Nils Schacht

Nils Schacht is an agilist through and through. Since his graduation in 2006 he has been using agile methods such as scrum in various contexts and for various companies. As a product owner and a scrum master he honed agile values at start-ups, SMEs and large corporations alike, training many of his colleagues. At the moment he is involved with modern methods from the field of product ownership, such as lateral leadership and product discovery, employing them with various customers. To this extend he offers training on agile, product owner and product discovery methods.
