Daniel Heusohn has been designing digital products with a focus on user-centered development for over 20 years. After around 10 years in e-commerce with a focus on conversion optimization, he moved into IT consulting and now works as a UX consultant on numerous agile projects in a wide range of industries, drawing on his wealth of experience in classic UX disciplines.
