Description
Our iSAQB AGILA training course is aimed at developers in agile projects who want to enhance theirsoftw are architecture skills. The course concentrates on the AGILA module and covers the essential principles, methods, and techniques required to develop and document software architectures using iterative and incremental processes. It provides practice-based knowledge on topics such as drafting architecture, documentation, and quality assurance, as well as on evaluating and optimising architectures. Emphasis is placed on practical training in methods and formats which help agile teams to anchor architecture work.
The AGILA course is modularly structured. It prepares participants for the Certified Professional for Software Architecture – Advanced Level exam (completed separately) and covers the content of the iSAQB curriculum. Focus areas include processes in architectural tasks and communication with stakeholders. Upon completion of the training, participants will receive 20 credit points in methodology and 10 credit points in communication.
Participants will acquire both sound knowledge and concrete best practices to enable them to implement robust scalable and maintainable architecture in their own projects. Trainers with extensive real-world experience are available to answer individual questions and to teach the course content in a systematic manner.
