Description

Our iSAQB AGILA training course is aimed at developers in agile projects who want to enhance theirsoftw are architecture skills. The course concentrates on the AGILA module and covers the essential principles, methods, and techniques required to develop and document software architectures using iterative and incremental processes. It provides practice-based knowledge on topics such as drafting architecture, documentation, and quality assurance, as well as on evaluating and optimising architectures. Emphasis is placed on practical training in methods and formats which help agile teams to anchor architecture work.

The AGILA course is modularly structured. It prepares participants for the Certified Professional for Software Architecture – Advanced Level exam (completed separately) and covers the content of the iSAQB curriculum. Focus areas include processes in architectural tasks and communication with stakeholders.

Participants will acquire both sound knowledge and concrete best practices to enable them to implement robust scalable and maintainable architecture in their own projects. Trainers with extensive real-world experience are available to answer individual questions and to teach the course content in a systematic manner.

Marc supports teams and organisations in developing great digital products. He focusses primarily on technical teams and their specific challenges. Marc has been gaining experience in the development and transfer of knowledge since 2004; initially in academic teaching and since 2010 also in the private sector, where he has worked as a technical consultant, product owner, team coach and manager in various industries with both on-site teams and internationally distributed teams.

Marco Geiger

Marco Geiger has been with inovex since 2009 and has extensive experience in human-centred software development and software architecture. He specialises in business processes (BPM) and backend development and has extensive experience in testing/quality assurance. He is able to convey even very complex content in an understandable way and create a positive learning environment. Marco also coordinates the work with young talent at inovex and organises workshops on topics such as AI, electronics, etc. for children and young people.

Benjamin Klüglein

Benjamin Klüglein has been working as a software engineer in regulated environments since 2008, particularly in the automotive and medical sectors. With his extensive experience, he has established himself as a developer as well as a software architect and Scrum Master. In recent years, Benjamin has conducted numerous trainings in Agile methods and software architecture, passing on his knowledge and expertise to teams and individuals. His approach combines practical experience with theoretical concepts to achieve sustainable learning outcomes.
