It is very important to us to support the next generation of technology-oriented employees, and we are happy to make a regular contribution to this. We provide training ourselves and offer internships and working student jobs to give young people an insight into the IT sector and inspire them to enter the profession.

The technika events, such as the Karlsruhe School Robotics Cup or the annual MINT Festival, are a great opportunity for young inventors with an interest in IT and electronics to demonstrate their skills. However, such initiatives always need support, especially financial support.

We are happy to help here and regularly donate fischertechnik construction kits to elementary school or support them with financial donations.

We are particularly keen to support schools that focus on pupils with a focus on physical and motor development. In 2024, we were able to invite pupils to gain their first experience in the field of programming in order to get to know the field of computer science better.
