Roman Brendel

Roman Brendel has been working with agile methods for many years (as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Agile Coach) and has been an Agile IT Project Manager and Trainer at inovex since 2026. In this role, he supports teams and organizations as they adopt Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, as well as in the application and integration of AI into existing processes. What sets him apart is his combination of methodological expertise, leadership experience, and a focus on products and users in the age of AI.
